At this point it's so early stage that it's a matter of trust between the contestants and me.

But yeah, more legal work should be done in order to get this done smoothly :]

Really cool idea, but you guys should run this by a Securities Lawyer. Specifically, someone with experience dealing with the SEC and associated regulations. If you didn't file for a "public offering" or receive an exemption this might be an issue. Sorry to be a downer.

I'm impressed. I've been watching for someone to integrate FriendFeed with Disqus, and it will be interesting to see what comes from adding Zemanta to the mix.
